Why create anything when there is something else that already does the job?

I like this project, these guys are taking modern video game concepts and retrofitting them to a 25 year old system.

If I had NOS and a ford model-T, you're damn right I would see if I could hook that shit up.

This is EPIC WIN! 27 years after it's debut, people are STILL writing new software for it, and new hardware........

Aside from the Atari 2600, I can't think of any classic systems over 1/4 century old that is still being utilized like this.

It wouldn't surprise me to see an Atari 7800 version of it crop up sometime in the future.
