Should I include the beta conc maps in the map pack?

nope same reason as the over poll.

NO betas!

No, however, there should be a map downloads page on this site so people can download them directly, or have mirrors available for easiness sake. It sucks going through 50 pages of forum topics just to try to find the maps you want.

Beta means "unfinished". So no.

The community map pack should have maps that are done - and the longer they have been out, the better.

Are there a lot of conc maps going into this pack? If there are, make a seperate pack for conc maps, and include the betas.

beta doesn't mean unfinished, it means that it could have a problem ...

linux releases stay beta for over more then a year sometimes and when they release it they don't change a thing, it was beta becouse the weren't sure that it was stable, but it seemed to be stable so we can release it afther it was tested enough by the public...

I actually think it is different for a conc map, b/c a conc map is a conc map and people will play it, but it seems I got my answer here so they won't be inluded either!

~also I have 7 conc maps to be included in the map pack that aren't beta's and only had 2 more that were beta that I was considering including so I don't think it's big enough for a conc map pack...although I may end up doing something like that in the future.

let's do MATH!:

Map pack = Finished

Beta = Not finished

So we conclude

Finished ≠ Not finished

thus: Map pack ≠ Beta
