If any of the classes are over powered it'd be the HWGuy, though I've found that Napalm + IC + Flamethrower can really take care of him along with anyone else around em.
Something to add: While the HWG is firing, his turn doesn't seem to be effected like in TFC (I might be wrong). It was made apparent that FF is not TFC but this little handicap could probably help tone him down.
