Good to hear it is not only me having this issue. Hopefully something will be done about it, I really enjoy sniping, but missing shots that I know I shouldn't have missed is very aggrivating. About the aiming a couple cm ahead, that is a non-issue for me really. Between my ping being so low, and still missing targets that are stationary, that is not the problem here.
