We give people several chances within an small timeframe. If they don't get the picture after being slayed a few times they get a short-term ban. That ban is the key. After the first ban, each successive violation is exponentially longer ban. Spending your chances on testing the system and calling the server retarted was an error in judgement. You did that to yourself, sorry chief.
