Why not? Catering to the Geforce9 crowd who put their money where their computers are is also limiting too. If I hit the P2 low end for minimum i'll have a wide range of compatibility with other operating systems and obscure onboard chipsets and such. EeePCs/gPCs too.
At least this is not one of my 'will run great on 486' projects which I run today.
