wouldnt it be good to have the option of a srvr with decent ping for everyone.
Say that 4 westcoast americans have added to the "euro" pickup. Then it sounds fair to play on an eastcoast srvr instead of a eurosrvr, no?
however if its 4 eastcoast americans or if they are in minority, the euroes would then decide if they have goodwill or not
And vice versa of course
