However, they would probably interact with them on some level. If they just blow the guy off(read:ignore him) he'll go back to gaming. The idea is to DISTRACT them.
Personally, I think most of those guys are either gay, or hardcore virgins. Or they are afraid their mommies might see those pics and give them shit over them.
*I say semi-hot chicks, because they aren't the prettiest in the world.... but I've seen alot worse.
