i think this would fix alot of the issues. have the job of admin broken up into 2 or 3 parts.

Admins: who moderate and stuff there your level headed guys, who are unbiased and keep FF pickup clean. and a respectful yet competitive environment. (they can also start games)

moderators: they just moderate the irc and servers nothing else. (this spot mgiht not work/be practical but it goes along with the idea.)

Gamestarters: they are not moderators they are responsible for starting games solely for that.
