I've observed some pick-ups and unless some of these established guys "know" you, it's hard to determine where you fall and what you can contribute. It'd be nice to have a community night at least once a week leading up to the proposed dates where people who are interested in competitive play can come through and play while being observed by some of the established guys, almost like a combine so maybe teams can be formed and put together. Thoughts?

Some players know the strengths and weaknesses of other players in the veteran community. Once HiR gets the teams up (excel or w/e,) if you have any questions about any of the teams, I can go over some of it with you.
