Thats called money grubbing. They refuse to pay more money for more server power to handle days when people complain about their crappy services (like when the auth servers were all screwed up) or when a game releases. They'd rather piss everyone off and save a few $ a month.

Steam forums are lagging hardcore.
Anyways, Bots appear to be in TF2 Because i view serversand theres one with 7 people in it and they all have names "Bot", "Another Bot", "I am a medium bot" and have all been in the server for -1second |

I just looked at all the TF2 servers listed on game-monitor for the world and see 0 players. I see they are limited to 24 players or less.
