showers: the flow from tiled wall to regular wall is a little abrupt.. needs an 'endpiece'

has anybody here perfected lightning???
mine looks horrible.... EDIT: nm, i got it looking and sounding good, but without sprites(which is what i wanted). its just a flash of light and then thunder....oh well..

well, guess i will give a small update, i've really been kinda lazy this last week so i've only been tweeking the lighting in some areas that i wasnt happy with.
also, there will be a 3rd exit to the tunnel, cant tell ya where yet but it will not provide much of and advantage for offense, more or less just a slight change to the map.. Last edited by GambiT; 07-02-2008 at 02:06 PM. |

How about you learn how to comprehend and stop flaming like a little 10 year old girl. Obviously exo likes your map but I wanted to point out that now he's being a little sarcastic (does it to me, too). I guess he's trying to be a nice guy or is just fooling around like always.
And yes, I do want to see Kermit's map completed at some point. It's long overdue like many great public maps.

is there a way to make it to where the lazers for the respawn doors, if the enemy touches them they dont get killed but teleported into the jail cells with no ammo, just like the original rock?

lol, that was discussed already, i dont know if it was here are in the beta section though.
i think its a fun idea and all but i just dont think its a good idea, im planning on having the cells where you can go in them. so if thats the case somebody could hit the lasers on the warden side and basically be teleported to the GC side. which is not a good idea. even if i leave one locked then lets say a scout goes in there, how is he going to die or kill himself? how many noobs know about "kill" in console? that would basically take all of the noobs out of the game. i dont see that being included. maybe teleport them down in the tunnel in that big hole where they fall to their death???

well, u can have it to where 1 or 2 of them dont open and u make that their teleport destination, and i believe you can make them teleport look at aardvark.
