I imagine the chlorine from the pool would kill off any little swimmers making a getaway. Maybe she swallowed some and thats how it happened.

sadly light does not kill sperm... it can survive in the open as long as it is moist

and direct contact with pure chlorine will kill sperm immediately and it will only survive seconds in contact with water

So unless a guy came in the water right next to the girl than this is nearly impossible
