I don't know much about it, but I think that these games may be on slightly different Source engines. Also, it was pointed out to me earlier, that even if they could be compiled to work, the size of map in relation to the size of models might be way out of whack. That said.. I'm sure it will be done one day.

Different entities like Lost said. Also, I'm not sure, but does FF use Lua while the map is being run, or just during the compile? If the former, then you'd have a big problem.

In that case, chances are you'd have to do a ton of modifying and such, and I wouldn't be surprised if Valve had something in their BSPs to keep them from being ripped.
