ID catalog now available on Steam

Didn't Find a mention of it so, thought I'd bring it up.

This weekend, we'll be taking a (short!) break from building The Orange Box games to hang out in QUAKE'S DM3. See you there.

They're using DosBox without respecting the GPL license (they modified the package, didn't include the license, credits and didn't release the modified source code they had to use).
Furthermore, no word or even acknowledgement was given to the DosBox guys. Finally, The "quick hack" nature of the release makes the games unplayable, unusable or defective for lots of people, giving every company involved a bad name. Please boycott this release, at least until this has been sorted out.

Besides, multiplayer doesn't even work. You'll have to use another engine.

Yea, although they reportedly put the files required by the GPL back in.

However, it is also being reported that the said files are only being found in the Hexen download.

if anyone plays quake 3wave come join us some night for 3wA - 3wave arena, arena mode but with 3wave physics and instant weapon switching, fastest gameplay ive been able to find with a steady stream of players.

Actually, to be honest, i think it's in Valve's part here, simply because John Carmack knows WAY to much about the GPL to do something like that.

Now Valve on the other hand... I can imagine them doing that.
