I got some more stuff working with source mod's latest build.

map vote option
all talk vote option

so we can leave it up to the players which map and whether or not all talk should be on or off.

Bah you loose...I get off at 12p on Wed and i'm not back to work until Mon...plus BOTH my bosses are off all this week and out of town, so like today I just spent all day playing FF on the T1 at work and playing on the forums!
