yeah itd be better to do it by words rather than chars but i'm just quickly getting these via mysql statements

I did? Hmm, I remember being annoyed by valk's wonderful one-word contributions, but can't recall giving you a hard time. Oh well, sorry about that then. Anyway, I've not been doing bad with my post-lengths, according to mirvin's stats. Certainly not given the fact english isn't my native language, you bloody americans\brits have it easy.

Yea its part of the entire reason I quit posting as much. It got to the point I had to get out of the FF IRC channel at times. People seem to have really gotten pissed over my stupid post count. There is an older topic somewhere that turned into "Bash Sobe for his post count".

I doubt it counts quotes as typed chars. By the way, any news on the new forum skin, if it's ever even going to see the light of day? I have to say I quite like the current clean\fast graphics and layout, and would hate to see it turn into a bloat-page.
