Can a dev shead some light on the rumor that FF is infant based on a hybrid of TFC and Shaq Fu?

Even though the Shaq Fu pic has been posted in other threads already, at least I can read this thread and not cringe, like 98% of threads being created nowadays. I say we sticky this... for no reason at all.

or what the general short range weapons are?

When you see the first ingame shots of a chain gun held by Shaq and pics of soldiers, medics and the rest Shaq Fu'ing others when they run outta ammo maby you will believe me.
