Give spies concs. Issue Tools

Give spies concs.

Limit them to one or two, to allow spies to use all map entrances, reach certain hiding spots, and keep up with other offensive classes.

Discuss.

There is no point, they aren't suppose to be super fast like the scout or be able to keep up with the medic. He's suppose to be fast-slow and stealthy.

No point when you can already get where you need to be with a frag. Health or Mobility, you decide.

I think what he meant was would you rather take the damage from the frag to get the extra mobility from it or would you refrain from doing the frag jump in order to maintain health.

Spies have enough badass abilities as it is. Don't need em replacing scouts/medics kthx.

Spies should have a pouncejump. You have to be cloaked to use it, then it uncloaks you and you leap across the map like in avp. Loudcloak or stab someone when you land for bonus points.

Fits with the sneaky-sneaky fast-slow infiltration idea. Gets them across midmap faster, but slower than a conc.

That is just really complicated.. no thank you.
BUT the idea may spark something useful.
The idea of giving the Spy the ability to move faster/higher than he already can could be expanded on, but your ideas for conditions and such aren't really good ideas.

Don't know if anyone here plays CTF but spy is already powerful enough without giving it a conc to effectively let it do even more runs per round.

incorrect. medic has medium armor, spy has light armor. the numbers are the same, but the armor types are not.
