OrangeBox SKD reset issue

Ever since Hammer got updated for OrangeBox content everything else stopped working

. It erased all other Hammer configurations. I can't seem to get the fortress forever config working again. Every time I try to edit a new or existing map Hammer crashes. All the OrangeBox content works fine. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
