* Witnessing an enemy carrying your flag/key/ball/objective when no such incident has occurred.

These things are pretty well tied into Lua and might be tricky to do. For example, all the announcement stuff is defined and triggered by Lua. It'll be hard to directly get to it. Similarly a key is a key because of how its behaviour has been set in Lua so it may be hard to somehow determine what the carried item should be

Mirvin Monkey: /* Problems */

===Problems===
We need to come up with an elegant way of handling the swapping in & out of substitutes. It has been suggested that one designated person on a team should have control of whether a person should be swapped out, and a substitute brought in, but this causes a problem in itself.

* How would one designate this person? (queue? priority assigned? What happens if a soldier lags out and a medic is the #1 priority sub? Problem!)
* What happens if this person lags out and requires replaced?!

Also:
* How do we keep track of what the team sizes (excluding subs) ought to be? Is this necessary for it to work?
* How do we know that the substitute being brought in is actually at the computer? (When a sub is requested, ask all subs to indicate their presence by pressing a key?)

====1 possible solution====
I think this should be kept lot simpler. I see it more as a case of the player joining a team, then maybe in the class select they can select to be a substitute. It's shown clearly on the scoreboard what they are, and if they choose to become a class (and therefore join the game proper) then its immediately obvious to everybody (announced to the server in the same way that a spectator joining a team would be).

I don't think it needs a huge amount of policing in any way, so long as the other team can tell when the sub becomes a player and vice versa then I think we can leave it up to them to the clans to sort out.

=Yeah=
There's quite a few things that are being 'weird' here. When the 63 unit crouch jump clearance is set up correctly, the player's jump time (period spent in air) is way too short. It also messes up the regular jump height.

We need to make sure the standing jump height, crouch jump height, initial velocity '''and''' the period spent in the air are all consistent with TFC (or as close to TFC that people cannot tell).

Valve managed to make it so that CS1.6 -> CS:S was a very smooth and consistent transition. All of the map dimensions remained the same, but the movement appeared to remain much the same. The only thing I ([[User:Defrag|Defrag]]) can ascertain as being different is that, in CS:S, if you crouch a split second before jumping (rather than when airborne) then you can actually jump a little higher. This isn't the case in FF, so we haven't inherited a bug or anything like that. Anyway, we need to work on this somehow.

==Questions that must be answered:==
* Is the player height to blame?
* Is gravity in FF consistent with TFC? [[Movement:Velocity_Versus_Height|This kinda applies here]] as gravity is not a force that acts as one might think.
* Do the collision hulls affect the situation, and if so, can we tweak them without other undesirable effects creeping in?
* Is it the differing proportions between FF & TFC?

==The End?==
Well I think this is fixed now, let me know if there's any more problems with it -mirv
