There's still plenty to discuss here, particularly:

• Whether there's a charge
• If so, how long that charge should be
• Whether it should do locational damage
• If so, how much that damage should be compared to the regular Sniper Rifle
• Whether there's a reload or whether the rifle operates in a push & release capacity
