Rate of Fire

Friendly
- 50 Armour per whack, 10 cells per whack. Armour type doesn't make a difference, same for the cost.
Repair & Upgrades
- Sg and dispenser stuff? What does one whack put into a level 1,2 and 3 sentry gun? What does one whack put into a Dispenser? etc.
Special
- Can repair, upgrade and re-stock Buildables.
- Can repair the armour of teammates.
- Can affect map objects and goals at the mapper's discretion (example: Repairing the grate on twilight).
