Hey ho, its been a while.

Right, first off I'll begin by saying some stuff about things not directly related to FF and before you bombard the forums with posts demanding retribution for this horrible crime, it's stuff that interferes with my time and therefore takes free time to work on FF away from me. Instead of just saying "neh I've been busy," I prefer to explain why I've been busy.
I've been working on a few 3d things lately, some related to school and some 'freelance' stuff. I've hit a major bump in the road with my school work and this animation film we have to make. I just cant come up with a good enough concept for it but I think I got something to build from now. I've also started the process of finding a job for next year, hopefully in the game industry but anything enjoyable will do.
Good news is that I have some time to finish my FF stuff in the coming weeks!

As far as the actual art progress is concerned it's been a somewhat slow period over the last month or two (which is kinda weird considering how far along we are) but it seems to be picking up alot now. Schtoofa von boofta set us some internal deadlines and milestones to help assure that we get this stuff out as soon as we can and so far im 100% on track with mine.

There's really not a whole lot left to do, the most important stuff that i have to finish now are some animation tweaks for two weapons and uvmap and texture one weapon (1.5 days of work) and model, uv and texture the last remaining weapon (2-3 days of work). Today is one of my FF days and I hope to get quite a lot done later tonight. There's a lot of booring work to get out of the way for me today, from compiling props and uvmapping different things. Good fun. In other news our character artists seem to be plowing away through their list of fixes and tweaks. Which is good stuff :] I'm not quite sure what more to write but if you have any questions regarding the art areas of the mod then send me a pm and ill get back to you there or through a new dev journal.
