Once you install Fortress Forever, it will not appear in the "My Games" menu until you shut down Steam and restart.
Once Steam is back up, select the Fortress Forever game icon from the "My Games" menu. This will load the game just like any other game you have installed in Steam. Once loaded you can choose from a list of options. To start playing click on the "Join Server" option. You will be directed to a list of active servers. Click on the server you would like to join and then click join server. After a short loading time you will be connected to that server and be able to begin playing.
