The Civilian, aka the VIP, aka the prez/president.  The only change we may have to introduce pertains to his lack of armour. If our AR nerf is successful enough, we won't have to take any action.  However, if the prez is AR-fodder on hunted, we can give him some kind of armour that repells AR rounds, but lets sniper rounds through.

Nevertheless, he typically requires the protection of his teammates in order to complete a map's objectives.
